Successful Cases
Bass v. Isoche, 365 C.c. 454, 617 S.E.2d 369 (Ct. App. 2005) - Denied workers' compensation case over reporting a repetitive trauma case. Lost at first and second hearing. Won in Court of Common Pleas and affirmed by Court of Appeals. The case changed when repetitive trauma cases are to be reported.
